SOLE WRAPS
Our Natural Rolled Sole Fillets feature a fillet of sole with one of two stuffings: Scallops and
Crabmeat or Shrimp and Garlic. Ideal for restaurants, caterers, hotels, business and industries.
They offer portion control, ease in preparation and high-end appetite appeal at an affordable price.
Also available with Spinach and Cheese or Broccoli and Cheese.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 425-450° F, place frozen portions in cooking tray and cover tray with foil. Bake for 35 minutes
or until portion flakes easily.
Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 380-400° F, place frozen portions in cooking tray and cover tray with foil. Bake for 30 minutes
or until portion flakes easily.
Microwave Oven:
Place one portion on microwavable tray and cover. Cook on high power for 2 minutes, turn tray 90 degrees
and continue cooking for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (adjust for oven differences).
